This policy applies to all websites, landing pages, QR code experiences, briefs, valuation tools, marketing campaigns, and SMS, email and voice communications operated by or on behalf of The Lens Global.

We may collect personal identifiers (such as name, email address and mobile number), property information, behavioral data such as pages viewed and briefs opened, device data, and communication records.

Methods of Collection

Information may be collected directly from you when you submit a form, automatically when you use our websites, from public records and MLS/IDX feeds, and from service providers.

Use of Information

Information is used to respond to your requests, prepare briefs and valuations, provide market intelligence, route your request to a licensed advisor, send the communications you have agreed to, and for analytics and compliance.

Communications and Consent

We contact you by email or text message only as you choose. Every form on our websites has two separate, optional checkboxes: one for email and one for text messages. Neither is required to submit a request, and neither is pre-checked.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, The Lens Global and the licensed advisor assigned to your request may send you text messages about your request, appointments, events and residences you asked about, including messages sent using automated technology.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 786-761-1086. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Is Never Shared

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared with the licensed advisor handling your request; with service providers that help us operate our websites and communications (such as hosting, email and message delivery) under confidentiality obligations; with successors in interest; and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

All data is provided for informational purposes only and without warranties.

Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information; no system is guaranteed to be secure.
